This set of panels is used as a catch-all for any subjects that do not fit in elsewhere.  If you arrive here and do not have actual data to enter, hitting the OK button will bring you back to the ready position.  One category of extraneous data is actual data from the field that you are attempting to match and wish to see appear on the nodal and gradient plots.  Most of this data is not used in any of the calculations and serves as documentation and validity checking.

The first of these Tabs is the Match Data tab which is plotted on the nodal plot.  REMEMBER, if you enter data here, YOU MUST KNOW THE FLOWING BOTTOMHOLE PRESSURE AT EACH RATE THAT YOU ENTER.  If you don't, the program can estimate it for you, based on the current set of hydraulics curves, but this will not be new, or important information since it will not be unique and will simply be another datapoint along the calculated hydraulics profile.

Inputs Match Data

The following items may be entered on the Match Data Panel:

Rate

Units will depend on the well type.  In the case above, the well is a gas well.

BH Pressure

Measured/estimated pressure at the end of the defined wellbore.  If you are wanting to plot the pressure at a specific depth, Use the Survey Data Panel.

The survey data tab provides a place to enter data that will be shown on the gradient plots.  This data is usually collected with a slick-line tool and is entered at specific depths.  More detail is available here.

Depth TVD (ft)

Pressure at this TVD depth

Temperature at this TVD depth

Data Identifier:  It is always a good idea to note the flow rate of the well at the time the survey data was obtained.

The Retrieve Recent Welltest Data from Databases tab is used to collect recent welltests from those databases that may be connected to SNAP based on your user preferences in the About box.

There is no manual data entry on this panel.  This panel retrieves well test data based on the identifiers listed in the General Panel.

The following items may be edited on the Relative Permeability Data Panel.  This panel is almost never used, but will cut back on an IPR curve when a change in water cut causes a mobility change that then forces an unrealistic increase in productivity.
